Alteration and additions to a house in Preston.

A new stair is added to the front of the house to provide improved circulation between floors. It also improves the scale of the house with a take on a Californian bungalow facade which previously was a sheer 2 storey wall to the street. The internal planning is reworked to make better use of the existing footprint.
