First floor addition to a house in Malvern East.

With a family of three growing teens, more space was desperately needed. Internal modifications were made to the existing house for improved circulation, with the addition of a first floor living over the existing garage for increased space. This new addition reads as something new and different, in form, colour, and material.

The colorbond cladding peels off, away from the window, and is perforated to create a privacy screen to the first floor living space, but allows for a glimpses down through the gap to the new pool.
